Tubing Skive Machine

SaberMD’s Tubing Skive Machine (TSM) was developed to allow the user to create accurate, precise and repeatable semi-circular "skive" cuts into polymeric medical tubing. The unique design of the tubing Skive Machine is operator friendly with a single foot switch to activate the cutting (skiving) cycle. Machine installation and set-up is extremely easy, simply requiring the user to adjust the two precision slides and one "skive" locater pin to adjust the skive size. The various features and benefits of the Tubing Skive Machine include: Custom colors, long life, pneumatic power, precision linear slides with a 0.001" resolution, rugged design using clean and sealed anodized surfaces, simplified set-up that is repeatable and easy to document, space saving design requiring only 1 square foot of area, speedy cycle times, surgical cutting blades , unique "Guide Block" design to secure the tube for precise cutting every time and a versatility allowing for use in product design applications.The Tubing Skive Machine (TSM) was developed to ensure the user the ability to create accurate and repeatable semi - circular "skive" cuts into polymeric medical tubing.
